KSE FACILITY
Kha Shing Enterprises operates from a combined main facility and dedicated tooling center, covering approximately 30,358 square meters of workspace. All critical stages of production are carried out on-site, allowing for seamless coordination and quality assurance.
A key asset is Taiwanâs largest in-land construction and testing pond, enabling vessels to remain afloat throughout the build process. This unique feature allows for accurate alignment, comprehensive system integration, and full-scale testing in a controlled environmentâwell before sea trials commence.
The tooling facility is dedicated to lamination of hulls and superstructures, as well as the development of molds and prototypes for new models. This cohesive approach to manufacturing ensures innovation, precision, and uncompromising build quality from concept to completion.
Extending its reach beyond the main shipyard, Kha Shing also operates a dedicated yacht launching site in Kaohsiung Harbor, equipped with twin 150-ton travel lifts. This facility plays a central role in the launch of premium yachts produced both by Kha Shing and other luxury manufacturers across the Kaohsiung and Pingtung regions.
In 2022, the company further bolstered its capabilities with the establishment of Kha Tai Yacht Services and Marina at Hsing-Ta Harbor. Spanning 12.4 hectares of land and water, the site is equipped with a 300-ton ASCOM boat hoist / marine travel lift, supporting the construction, refit, and aftersales service of yachts up to 50 metres in length. This forward-looking investment reaffirms Kha Shingâs commitment to delivering end-to-end solutions for the global yachting community.
